An administrative assistant handles administrative tasks for individuals who are no longer capable of managing them. This person performs duties such as scheduling appointments, drafting correspondence, organizing files, data entry, or managing budgets.
They manage the personal agenda of their employer, prepare meetings, take notes for reports, receive guests and visitors, and archive their employer’s files.
